Terms of Service
The terms and conditions governing use of justIT services.

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using justIT services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
justIT provides VoIP telecommunications, IT support, consulting, software development, and call centre services. Specific service terms, including service levels and pricing, are detailed in individual service agreements.
3. Account and Access
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Interfere with or disrupt service operation
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
5. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are specified in your service agreement
- Services may be suspended for non-payment after notice
- All fees are quoted in South African Rand unless otherwise specified
- VAT is charged where applicable
6. Service Levels
Service level agreements (SLAs) for uptime, response times, and support are specified in individual service agreements. These vary by service type and plan level.
7. Intellectual Property
All justIT trademarks, logos, and service marks remain our property. Custom software developed for clients is subject to the terms of the specific development agreement.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your own data backup unless backup services are explicitly included in your plan.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, justIT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
- Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice (unless otherwise specified)
- We may terminate immediately for serious breach of these terms
- Upon termination, you remain responsible for outstanding fees
- Data export assistance is available upon request during the termination period
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients with reasonable notice.
